Customized, guided, and fun writing activities to help team members build better interpersonal relationships in a virtual, interactive environment.
Without impromptu conversation there is no organic way to build trust. We don’t truly collaborate. At best we merely cooperate and coordinate. And that takes all the fun out of working together as a team.

How I Help Teams Build Team Trust
I guide you through writing exercises to overcome the estrangement that naturally results from lack of close, proximity to coworkers
I conduct initial interviews team leaders and project heads in large groups of 12 or more people and, in groups of 12 or less, I interview all team members to assess personalities and set expectations as the basis for creating customized team writing activities.
Team members will receive 1-3 fun questions a week prompting responses that mimic the organic way in which people bond over common experiences.
The collective results will be shared with the team members in online breakout rooms preceding or during online group work sessions.
